Lindsey is a fully accredited Exercise Physiologist having completed a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at James Cook University. Lindsey is motivated in prescribing therapeutic exercise to transform the lives of her clients by improving heart health, managing chronic illness and improving quality of life. Lindsey has experience managing DVA, Medicare and Workers Insurance clientele and is passionate about educating others on the benefits of exercise for both the body and mind. Lindsey has a sports background in dance and athletics and on her days off you can usually find her and her daughter down at the beach enjoying the sunshine.
